Actor and comedian Kapil Sharma is in limelight these days for his film Zwigato. Recently, during an interview given to the media, he shared a funny anecdote from years ago, Kapil told that once he had reached to meet Amitabh Bachchan after drinking alcohol.

Actually, Kapil had reached India TV’s show Aap Ki Adalat as a guest. During this, he spoke openly about the bad phase of his career. He said that there was a time when he was feeling very low, people were not able to laugh at his jokes. To avoid all this, he started drinking alcohol. During that time Ajay Devgan had canceled the shoot as well. Kapil says that at that time all the superstars understood that he was having a bad time, but he had no grudge against anyone.
Kapil’s film Zwigato will release at the box office on March 17.
Drunk Kapil came to meet Amitabh with wife Ginni
Kapil said during the conversation – When Firangi was about to release, Amitabh Bachchan was doing the voice over for the film. He had to go to the studio where the dubbing was going on. I went to the studio with Ginni. It was 8 in the morning and I had already consumed two pegs. Amitabh Bachchan had finished the voice over of Firangi and was dubbing for his film. Drunk, I tried to meet Amitabh Bachchan, but his staff did not allow me to meet him. Despite this, I remained adamant that I had to meet him.
Kapil further said- I had introduced Ginni as his daughter-in-law. Amitabh Bachchan was also shocked to hear this, because he had never heard about Ginni before. I later apologized to him and Big B, motivating me, wrote in response – ‘Life is struggle, life is another name for challenges’.

Kapil told that once in the bad days of his career, Shahrukh Khan came to meet him and took him on a drive with him. At that time, he had tried a lot to get Kapil Sharma out of this phase and to make him understand. Kapil told that Akshay Kumar also helped him a lot.
