Some time back the release date of Ayushmann starrer film Dream Girl 2 was announced. The film was supposed to release on June 29 next year, but now the release date of Dream Girl 2 has been pre-poned. Now this film will be released in theaters 1 week ago on June 23, there are reports that the makers have taken this decision because of Kartik-Kiara’s film.
If the release date does not change, then the films will clash.
According to a report in Pinkvilla, the release date of Dream Girl 2 has been changed. The makers took this decision because on June 29 next year, Karthik and Kiara’s upcoming film Satya Prem Ki Katha was about to release. In such a situation, the films of two big actors would have been face to face and this would have affected the box office collection as well. Because of this, the makers have now pre-poned the film, so that both the films do not clash with each other.
Ananya Pandey will be seen in Part 2
Nusrat Bharucha was opposite Ayushmann in the last part of the film. At the same time, Ananya Pandey has been cast in Part 2. Apart from Ayushmann and Ananya, actors like Anu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Abhishek Banerjee, Seema Pahwa and Manjot Singh are going to be seen in important roles in the film. On the other hand, Karthik and Kiara will be in the lead roles in the film Satya Prem Ki Katha, directed by Sajid Nadiadwala. The makers have changed the release date of Dream Girl 2 so that both the films should not clash with each other.
